FlexFi may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you agree to any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

FlexFi's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or applicable laws. You may close your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
